Being new to the industry, I needed help with developing the product and navigating the industry. However, I quickly realised that Susannah's skill set and knowledge extends way beyond those two aspects. She was able to advise on branding, marketing, client outreach, leveraging social networking (in very creative ways!).....basically all aspects of starting/running a footwear brand!
